Health insurance- there are a wide variety of group medical products available in the Florida marketplace. By sifting through the plans offered by all of the insurance companies we can help you select those products that satisfy your need to provide quality benefits that will be appreciated by the employees while at the same time keeping the costs within your budget. Today’s plans include tax-favored HSA compatible benefits that allow employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to Health Savings Accounts. By re-directing monies from the insurance companies to these personal accounts employees are encouraged to take a more proactive role in their own health care. In addition we will help you offer multiple plans so that employees have more freedom in choosing the type of medical coverage they prefer.

Life and disability insurance- Some employers prefer to provide life and disability insurance to their employees. Having been in business in Florida for 25 years we are able to locate those insurance companies who offer the most competitive costs for these benefits. At the same time, it is very important to understand the contractual language offered by these carriers. Not all benefits are alike. By aggressively exploring the marketplace we encourage competition among the insurance companies who are eager to gain your business. As a result we can be certain that you will get the best benefits available at the lowest possible cost. And, we work hard to keep those costs down, year after year.

Voluntary group benefits- we suggest offering some benefits to employees on a voluntary basis. Benefits such as dental insurance, supplemental life insurance, short and long term disability, cancer, accident policies, vision benefits, critical illness. Employees appreciate having the opportunity to purchase these types of benefits and many can be purchased on a pre-tax basis.

Our existing clients tell us that they like being able to rely on us for help with such issues as billing, compliance with State and Federal regulations, claims issues, or simply help in locating participating providers. We have the experience and willingness to administer COBRA, FMLA, QMCSO, file CMS reports and 5500s. Reviewing or establishing your Section 125 Plan document and performing discrimination testing to comply with DOL regs is another service we will perform.
